Boman Rustom Irani is the Chairman and Managing Director of Rustomjee Group, a leading real estate developer in Mumbai. A first-generation entrepreneur, he founded Rustomjee in 1996, shaping it into a top brand in residential, township, and commercial projects.

With 27+ years of experience, he was elected National President of CREDAI in April 2023, representing 13,000+ developers. Beyond real estate, he drives education and skill development through the Rustom Irani Foundation and Rustomjee Academy for Global Careers (RAGC), impacting 12,000+ students.

Trustee

Percy Sorabji Chowdhry, Executive Director at Rustomjee, has been pivotal in the company’s growth since 1999. A Commerce graduate from the University of Bombay, he oversees Sales, Marketing, and HR, ensuring profitability and strategic expansion.

He is also dedicated to vocational education in India, actively contributing to RAGC, which equips students with industry-ready skills, positioning India as a global hub for skilled talent.

Director

Dr. Hanif Kanjer, Director of Rustomjee Cambridge International School & Junior College, holds an MBA from London Business School and a Ph.D. in Finance. His global expertise spans the USA, UK, France, and Germany.

He emphasizes student-centric learning, critical thinking, and innovation, moving beyond traditional textbook education. His leadership fosters an engaging academic environment at Rustomjee Cambridge International School

Ms. Suzanne Percy, Director at Rustomjee Cambridge International School, collaborates with faculty to promote innovative learning. Her dedication to education and sports was recognized with her election as President of the Thane District Schools Sports Association (TDSSA).

Principal

Asha Desai is a passionate educator and dedicated leader whose journey reflects a commitment to excellence, innovation, and lifelong learning. A graduate of the University of Mumbai with D.Ed. and B.Ed. qualifications, she was recognized for her academic achievements as a Psychology topper and a two-time recipient of the Best Student Award.

Since joining Rustomjee in 2004, Asha has inspired young learners through engaging and meaningful teaching in Science and Social Studies. Her student-centered approach, creativity, and dedication to educational excellence have positively impacted countless students over the years.

In 2022, she was promoted to Supervisor, recognizing her leadership and contributions to the school community. Asha believes in nurturing curiosity, encouraging growth, and creating learning experiences that empower every child to reach their full potential.
